What exactly is a cult? This word is used so often. When we think of the word cult, sometimes it brings to mind images of people flocking around some guru, following his every action and worshipping him and obeying him, whether he commands them to suicide or homicide. For some of us it brings to mind images of men in suits going door to door inviting to a movement or some meeting where their leader will attempt too woo you to their way of thinking, brainwashing the gullible and destroying the pliable. |
